Alex and Ruby helped us sell our home in Whitby just two months ago and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience overall. While Alex was the realtor we hired, we basically lucked out because both him and Ruby work together and so our property benefitted from both their expertise, help and advice! Alex went above and beyond with his services, pitching in his labour free of charge for things like paint of the house, and providing complimentary services in small repairs and cleanup when he could easily have hiked up the bill with those! Communication was open, clear and easy! Alex was accommodating and provided his advice and recommendations with rationale and examples of similar properties so that even myself, with little to no experience or knowledge to do with property matters, understood the rationale behind his advice. Alex and Ruby's staging of our house truly transformed it, and it was sold within an hour of the time we'd set for accepting offers! It is also worth mentioning that this was a property sold in the midst of a divorce, and the way Alex handled that aspect of communication and transparency was commendable! All in all, I highly recommend either of these two wonderful professionals if you're looking to buy or sell a home!

My family have had their share of realtors. We have bought, sold and leased many properties. Ruby and Alex have by far been the hardest working team we have had the pleasure of working with. We leased a condo property with them. They staged it and had professional pictures taken. They marketed it everywhere. All this for a private leasing.
